About the role

As Sales Manager at Interspectral, you will be at the forefront of our growth journey — leading the charge in identifying new business opportunities, closing deals, and building strong, lasting relationships with end customers in the additive manufacturing space. You will be focused on the US and/or European market (depending on your profile), where you will own the entire sales process, from prospecting and qualifying leads, to delivering product demos and driving negotiations through to signed agreements. Since we are a small team, the role also includes account management and ongoing relationship-building. A key part of your role will be engaging directly with customers to understand their needs, propose tailored solutions, and support a smooth onboarding process during their first months with us.

You will be representing the company at international trade shows and events (approximately 25–50% travel) and collaborating with our international sales and technical teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. In addition to your commercial responsibilities, you will stay updated on industry trends, customer requirements, and the competitive landscape to inform both product development and sales strategy.

This is a full-time role, ideally based in our headquarters in Norrköping, however we are open to other solutions for the right candidate. While this role does not include people management, it comes with a high degree of autonomy and the opportunity to shape how we do sales moving forward. You will report directly to our CEO.

Who are we looking for?

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and who wants to make a real impact in a growing company at the cutting edge of software and advanced manufacturing. We are working with complex, technical solutions, so a background in engineering or a related technical field is highly valuable. You have a proven track record in industrial B2B sales combined with experience selling software, ideally in international markets — and if you bring insights or a network within the additive manufacturing space, that is a significant advantage.

We are looking for a commercially driven Sales Manager who knows how to build trust, close deals, and navigate the full sales cycle with confidence. You are motivated by results, skilled at turning leads into long-term relationships, and comfortable working across functions to deliver value to customers. You have a natural ability to influence, structured in your approach, and thrive when you are out in the field building connections. Most importantly, you are excited by the chance to shape the future of a company where your contribution will be both visible and valued.

We operate globally, and so will you, meaning fluency in both written and spoken English, is essential. If you bring other languages with you, such as German or French, that is a plus.
