Sales and business developer

YOU WILL WORK WITH

Our business developers have their own stock of customers and regions to work towards with full responsibility for activities, sales and customer relations. You will be based in Norrköping with intermittent traveling to customer’s locations and both exhibit and showcase Inside Explorer in both conferences, fairs and in different talks. All development is welcome and suggestions for improvement is a part of our everyday workday. You are expected to find smart solutions and be creative in your own way of working and approaching customers and markets.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL, YOU NEED TO SHOWCASE THESE QUALITIES

You are a person who likes when things happen and that becomes a bit impatient if things are not moving fast enough. You see opportunities where others might problematize, and you are responsive to customer requests and needs. You are patient in longer sales cycles but can still maintain a warm customer contact by being active and friendly.

As a person, you like to work towards goals, to suggest own targets and take responsibility for them. Interspectral is a small company and we assume that you can be self-managed with team support in the background. In return, we offer freedom and flexibility in a fun and dynamic team. You communicate in English and have permission to travel anywhere in the world. If you are from a country outside Europe, you need a work permit or visa to live and work in Sweden.

Required Skills

We want you to have either experience from the high-tech industries, from the educational eco-system, museums or science centers, culture or similar and understand the value of being able to present solutions that activate users and attracts to explore and discover. You have probably worked in sales, business development, business admin or customer relations before.

You have an education that is relevant for the position such as business development or business administration, we believe that you have experience that is relevant and that gives you the knowledge you need.

An open mind will get you far

You can be located anywhere in the world as long as you are able to connect with us through different e-forums and are willing to travel to Sweden once in a while.
